  @HGSupport @HostGator @hostgatorindia Have already done that. Once the site was down (a client complained), spoke to tele support. They said some issue with server (I had to hold for 25 mins!) & sorted things out. After 15 mins, site was down again. So called again!

  .@HGSupport your chat window stops working in Chrome after a while and replies no longer send. the agent thought i just disappeared and his msgs kept coming thru. please fix this it's happened before!!
