  @IGClientHelp Yes,after that it need me to wait for 24h. Until now When I log in my account it tells me my id is not belonging to any account, but if I go to" forget password" it shows the account is already exist.I haven't entered my ins yet!I don't know why.Please help me.Thanks

  @IGClientHelp Hi，there 2 weeks ago I register a new account by email then it require me to tide a phone number, tells me need 24hours to verified, but I can't log in to my account until now. I have tried many times on ins help center but failed.I don't know if my account exists.

  2/ @IGClientHelp a platform can not handle high volume of traffic is not safe and it is possibly down again if there is higher volume again and people won’t able to trade and it will cause loss for someone.
