@IGcom Live Chat is useless , always broken, message service on twitter is useless, 4 days to respond, your platform does not appear to be live , even though I pay for it and your "change" "%change" figures are not accurate..Really disappointed.

@JohanDXB @IGcom Because they are absolute clowns. You can tell that, by the fact they offer a sharedealing service on the phone, but a lot of the time it takes 30-45mins to answer a form. They are a complete joke!!!!

What they are interested in, is being able to access their accounts and investments, as they are losing money in a falling market all because of your supposed bad IT. If you can provide the proper infrastructure,you should handle clients funds

@IGcom Lost me as a customer. You were already the platform with the worst usability and now you want to babysit us too. Your systems should be able to handle spikes in traffic without falling to pieces and losing us trades!

@jasoncartwright @IGcom I have also been on the bad end of the stick with other trades related to the recent outages, but this isn't the first time IG have had difficulties with their servers. God help us if there's a crash.
