  @JohanDXB @IGcom Because they are absolute clowns. You can tell that, by the fact they offer a sharedealing service on the phone, but a lot of the time it takes 30-45mins to answer a form. They are a complete joke!!!!

What they are interested in, is being able to access their accounts and investments, as they are losing money in a falling market all because of your supposed bad IT.   @jasoncartwright @IGcom I’ve looked and it seems that in the UK the brokers either aren’t required to make the % public, or they may only divulge it if you’re a customer. I can’t tell which. But it doesn’t seem like a coincidence to me, when they’re all added up.
