I do not understand why it is taking your team so long to investigate and resolve an issue that has already had such serious consequences for me. I expect your team to treat this matter as an urgent priority, provide me with a clear explanation of what happened, and take immediate steps to resolve the issue and have my account unfrozen. I cannot be expected to bear the consequences of a dispute or fraud claim originating from your side.
