    @XM_COM Multiple emails to Support and Compliance and repeated live chat follow-ups, yet no response or resolution on an urgent account issue affecting access and trading. immediate escalation to senior team for review. As an “Elite Trader,” this level of service is concerning.

    @XM_COM I have taken complete screenshots of the entire deposit process from beginning to end, including the XM app process, the third-party payment gateway, the individual QR code generated, payment confirmation, and submitted UTR proof. As a customer, I trusted XM while making this deposit. If, even after following all the required steps correctly, my deposit is lost or not credited, I will be forced to take legal action against XM and all parties involved in this payment process. Customers should not suffer because of delays or issues caused by third-party PSP systems used by the broker. I request XM to resolve this matter urgently and provide full transparency regarding customer deposits.

    @XM_COM # @clarocolombia nunca me quejo del internet móvil de claro , pero últimamente está de lo peor , que lastima que disque fidelización del cliente y luego le dan una patada , deteriorando el servicio.
